How do I place my order?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and you are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the upper right-corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account (new customer) or if you have already shopped with us before you can enter your username and password to proceed to checkout (returning customer). Follow the on screen instructions for a successful purchase. Note that if you enter your email address you will be the first to know about our offers and new arrivals.
How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
To view the contents in the shopping cart, click on the “View Cart” icon on the upper-right corner of your screen.
Can I remove something from my cart?
Of course, after clicking on the cart button/icon and viewing your products, next to each product there is a small icon of a trash can. Click it and the product will be removed from cart.
How do I know if the product size is correct?

How will I know that you have received my order?
An email will be sent to your email address confirming that your order has been placed. You will also get a call in a few days from the courier office informing you that your package has arrived.
How will I know that my order is delivered to the nearest courier service?
You will be informed by ACS Courier as soon as the order is in your nearest courier service.
What about returns?
You can return a product for exchange within 14 days after you purchase it. Return your items in the original packaging, with tags still attached. We will be unable to accept the product if otherwise. Product will likely be exchanged within 15 calendar days with another product of your choice of equal value. Please note that the return costs are charged to the customer, unless the return is caused by the fault of the store (e.g. wrong size, other product). The return product needs to have a complete form of our “return policy form”. This can be found in the category “Our Services” at the bottom of our page.
