1. Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

Returns are subject to approval after inspection.

Approved return options:

  • Refund to the original payment method (excluding delivery costs)

  • Store credit valid for six (6) months (excluding delivery costs)

After 14 days, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may qualify only for store credit.

2. Incorrect or Defective Products

You are entitled to a return if you received:

  • A product with the wrong size, color, or quantity than ordered

  • A defective or damaged item upon delivery

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within thirty (30) days of receiving the product

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of defect or incorrect shipment (e.g., photos) must be provided

Once approved, your options include:

  • Full refund including original delivery costs

  • Store credit valid for six (6) months

  • Replacement of the item (subject to availability)

No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days unless the product is covered by a manufacturer warranty.

3. Exclusions

We do not accept returns:

  • After thirty (30) days from delivery (unless defective)

  • If the product has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer

  • Without prior authorization or valid proof of purchase

4. Return Process

  3. Wait for return approval and further instructions.

  4. Send the product back in its original condition.

Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind are the responsibility of the customer. For incorrect or defective items, we will cover the return shipping where applicable.
